White, with Red interior. Roger Moore as "The Saint" on the famous TV show got Volvo's new sports car off to a great start . This was like no other
Volvo, a really superb looking car. The body was designed by Swede Per Petterson of "Frua". The powertrain was the B18 Twin Carb unit from
the venerable 120 series. Early models were assembled in the UK by Jensen. After 1964, production was moved to Sweden. The cars became
more complex with Fuel Injection, Alloy Wheels and lots of "70s" add on Trim. What we have here is quite remarkable. This is the P1800S in its original
form. Note the "Cowhorn" front bumper. This one has been stored in a wherehouse for the last 10 years hidden away from the elements. The body is
very solid, it is complete with all chrome trim including the original Hubcaps. The interior is also relatively well preserved, no cracks in the dash. It isn't
running at this time, but the engine t! urns over, and sounds good. A P1800S of this vintage is almost impossible to find, especialy in this condition.
Don't miss it!
