The Gran Sport or "GS" was produced from 1955 through 1961 and is considered by many enthusiasts as the pinnacle of Piaggio's Scooter Design. As a "Mod" of the 60s, this Scooter brings back many memories. This particular example is an incredible find! It is very well preserved, and completyely unmolested. It has spent all of it's 50 year life in California so hasen't suffered from the rust that killed of so many of these vintage Scooters. It still wears it's factory Silver colour, has the Black California License Plate on the back. Even has the original Saddle with "Aquilla" emblem on the back. It runs and rides really well, lights, horn, brakes all function properly. All complete and ready to ride. Has a few dings and scratches collected over the years. This is an opportunity to aquire a very rare useable classic scooter.
