1989 Porsche 911 3.2 Litre Targa

Porsche experts agree that the 1987-89 Carrera models are among the very best of the breed. This is the final series of the original classic body style with the benefit of the much improved G-50 Gearbox along with many other refinements. However it is a pure sportscar in every respect.  25 years later this model year has become highly sought after.

This particular example is from the final year of production and features the very desirable colour combination of Metallic Linen coachwork with Mahogony interior . It was built supplied new by our local Porsche Dealer, Rector Porsche here in Burlingame on October 16, 1989. It has passed through the hands of just 2 local owners since then. We have both the original Owners’ Manual, and Service Manual along with the original window sticker.
