1967 Alfa Romeo Spyder Duetto

The movie "The Graduate" made these Alfas an icon in the USA. This model was first shown at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show and was an immediate hit. The Duetto designation meant, two camshafts, two carbs, and two seats. Even now the Pinin Farina designed lines look absolutely stunning. Many prefer this style to the later Spyder models with the squared off rear end. This particular example is finished in Rosso Red with Black interior.

It's been a California car most of its life so has not suffered any of the rust issues so common in early Alfas. The body appears to be very straight and the floors etc are all solid and appear original. The car starts easily and runs well. It's an absolute blast to drive and hard to believe it's almost 50 years old. This is a great opportunity to purchase an original driver quality classic Alfa Romeo for a modest price.
